Hudson Valley Farm Dinner

Join us for a magical farm-to-table dinner on Friday evening, August 1st, hosted by Orange County Distillery at Brown Barn Farms. Chef Shibumi Jones will craft a seasonal menu celebrating the rich bounty of the Hudson Valley, featuring locally sourced ingredients at their peak. Enjoy an unforgettable outdoor evening surrounded by rustic charm, fine spirits, and vibrant flavors. It’s a perfect summer night of community, cuisine, and connection.
Dinner ticket includes a six-course tasting menu. Beverages are available for purchase separately from the cash bar or cocktail servers. Brown Barns features farm-to-bottle spirits in their signature cocktails, along with regional wines, beers and other beverages.
Hudson Valley Chef Dinner
Shibumi Jones and Luca Albanese, two Hudson Valley Chefs collaborate on a locally sourced, sustainability focused tasting menu at a beautiful, Veteran owned farm in Middleton, New York. The owners of All Family Farm are very passionate and work long hours to humanely raise Berkshire pigs. Nearly every dish on the menu will feature the farm’s delicious sustainable pork.

Celebrate the legacy of one of the most influential proponents of local farmers and artisans, one of my mentors, Anne Saxelby! Enjoy live music, chef pop up with dishes featuring artisanal cheese, delicious cocktails crafted with local spirits and beautiful outdoor ambiance. We’re raising money for her foundation which provides farm apprenticeships for deserving candidates regardless of sex, race or financial status, free of cost. This next generation of humans will shape our future in the food industry.
